THE ELECTED BCUA EXECUTIVE FOR 2026 - 2028

The Barbados Cricket Umpires' Association conducted their Annual General Meeting on

Monday, June 29th, 2026, at Kensington Oval. During the elections for the 2026-2028 term, President Gregory Brathwaite successfully retained his position, overcoming significant competition from Johnathan Blades. In the first round, the votes were tied at 24 each, but Brathwaite secured victory in the second round with a 26-24 result. However, Blades was elected as Vice President, defeating Leon Layne with a vote count of 36-13. Andrew Corbin and Ayana Holder were unopposed in their respective roles as Treasurer and Secretary. Tramaine Presod prevailed over Ezra Marshall for the position of Assistant Secretary. The remaining members of the nine-person committee include Adrian Jones, James Lewis, Ezra Marshall, and Kareem Taitt as floor members.
